Q: How long will it last?
A: The bathtub will last indefinitely, providing you maintain it. We recommend not using abrasives, such as Comet™, Ajax™, and Tilex™. Please do not use a suction cup bathmat either. We offer a non-skid bottom for your convenience.
Q: How long will it take?
A: The job will take between two and four hours.
Q: How long until I can use the tub?
A: The bathtub can be used within 24 hours.
Q: How long is the bathtub guaranteed?
A: The bathtub is guaranteed in writing for three years, but will last as long as you take care of it! (Indefinitely)
Q: Is there an odor? Or is it harmful?
A: We use a heavy-duty industrial fan to extract the overspray and odor while we work. You can stay while we spray.
Q: What happens to the caulking?
A: The old caulking is replaced with a new, anti-mildew caulking and then sealed when we spray our material over it.
Q: Does the drain have to be removed?
A: It is not necessary to remove the drain. The drain will be masked off to protect it and then the material will marry up to the edge and make a seal.
Q: Do I need to do anything before you come?
A: Yes, it is important to check that there is no leaking faucet or handles in the bathtub. All loose items must be removed from the bathroom and the counters should be cleared. We will need heat, electricity, and running water to do the job.
Q: How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
A: We usually work until all of our priority work is finished. If it comes down to people moving in, visitors arriving, or a city ordered inspection then we can offer same day service (or the next). A weeks notice is preferred.
